Guess Who Finally Saw "Divergent"?

I know, I know. I'm super late! I actually saw "Divergent" in April but never got the chance to review it.

Let me start off by saying that I'm not so big of a fan of Shailene Woodley. I find her acting to be nothing spectacular and when I found out she was playing 'Tris' I was pissed. But, after watching the film I actually applaud Shailene! I mean she wasn't amazing, but she did bring some life to her character. Just give me a littleee more emotion, Shailene.

I feel that the movie did a pretty good job portraying the five factions. And, the simulations were very vivid and intense! The action scenes gave me LIFE! I also really liked the soundtrack of the movie. 

I felt that some parts of the movie were rushed, but I mean what did I expect? The movie would be like four hours if they had to include every single detail from the book. Honestly although Shailene Woodley and Theo James (the British hot guy who plays 'Four') are both amazingly beautiful people, I didn't really feel the chemistry! But, maybe that's just me. There's also been rumors that they date in real life, scandalous. 

Overall, the book "Divergent" was extremely better than the movie. But, I felt the movie still gave the book some justice.

It's been said that the second book of the "Divergent" triology, "Insurgent" is being made into TWO movies. *cough* Hunger Games. *cough* Twilight. *cough....cough*

It seems that every amazing book is being made into a movie, hmm.
